Remb is provided as-is and as-available. We work hard to keep it fast, stable, and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or improve features over time. Use Remb at your own discretion — no warranty is implied.

Your code, memories, conversations, and scan results remain yours. By using Remb you grant us only the rights needed to store that data and serve it back to you and your agents. We claim no ownership over anything you save, and we don't sell it to third parties.

Use Remb lawfully and honestly. Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, evade rate limits, or resell Remb as your own. Don't store content that's illegal or that you don't have the right to store. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.

The Free tier is free, with usage limits. Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed in advance. You can cancel any time — Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you've paid for. If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers get notice before it affects them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remb isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim. You can stop using Remb and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
